RZR 800 Oil change instructions
* The RZR engine oil capacity is about 2 quarts (1.9L). Use - 0W-40 Synthetic .
* There are 2 ways to drain engine oil. 1 The drain plug is under the RZR near the center/rear. There is a hole right below the drain plug so you do not need to remove the skid plate. The drain plug is removed with a 6mm allen. When you reinstall the drain plug, it should be torqued to 16 ft./lbs. Do not over tighten or you will strip the threads! 2 Use an oil extractor 318-2720 to suck oil out.
* Remove oil filter and install new oil filter. NOTE On filter rubber seal, rub small amount of oil on it. light coat.
* Fill oil through oil dip stick tube.
